Paul O’Connor – Company Director
As the founder and Managing Director of FFT Brave Property Investments Ltd, Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Paul’s leadership and foresight is responsible for creating a powerful team with over 100 years of experience combined.
Paul started his career in property before moving into construction where he has achieved a master’s in construction and becoming an accredited Project Manager along with qualifications in Finance. He has worked on and delivered large scale multi-million projects and developments.
Paul is an astute professional focused on finding the best opportunities ensuring proper due diligence, best value, quality, cost control and project management. He believes in honest, transparent, and friendly relationships with clients and investors which form the foundations of long and successful business ventures together.
KERRY O’CONNOR – COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Kerry is an experienced Commercial Director with 15 years in Property specialising in procurement and contract management. Kerry has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills with excellent organisational abilities. She is a qualified Asset Manager and is a Project Management and NEBOSH Practitioner and supports the company in these areas.
Kerry develops and implements commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth and add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. The key to this is understanding the requirements of our clients to ensure their needs are being met. The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth for both our company and clients.
The key to our success is monitoring the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and improving and moving with the trends. Kerry is responsible for this and providing reports to the management board.
PAUL BARRY – SSAS PENSION CONSULTANT
Paul Barry has worked in and around financial services for 30 years, including Banking, Lending, Regulated Financial advice, and Specialist projects, and in more recent years has been involved with a number of businesses in development and consultancy roles, mostly in financial services, Affinity Benefits, Estate Planning, Land and Property as well as Member Directed Pension arenas.
Paul has worked with high net-worth / executive clients for over 15 years and has an extensive knowledge in this sector. Paul works independently but alongside FFT Brave Property Investments Ltd as one of a small number of professionals who have been given the opportunity to invite potential clients to our investment opportunity.
ALASTAIR – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Alastair is the Chief Finance Officer and is responsible for the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. He has 20 years accounting experience and has operated in diverse industries working with multimillion companies including elite sport, oil and gas, logistics and property.
Alastair is well organised with a great attention for detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills. He has strong ethics and controls and manages confidential data in accordance with legislation.
