WELCOME TO THE FFT

BRAVE PROPERTY GROUP

Looking to invest in property in the UK?
Want to create a passive income with capital growth?
Would you benefit from the security of a second pension?
Want to build a portfolio of properties?

We work with investors looking to start or grow their property portfolio to create a passive income, achieve a greater ROI on their investment or create a second pension stream. Unlike many property investment companies we do not recommend or offer a one size fits all service. Whether that is buy-to-let or flipping properties, we recommend you have a mixed portfolio.

What makes us unique is that we offer a wide range of propert investments designed to maximise your return. The fact is tha it’s no longer as simple as investing in your buy-to-let or flipping a property; there are a number of factors you have to consider when investing in property. For example, there are rent freezes already in place in Scotland, and England and Wales are facing social housing rent caps. There are increasingly stricter environmental regulations you have to adhere to, mortgage rates continue to rise, planning and building regulations tighten, and increasing materials and overall business costs mean that an informed and well managed investment strategy is essential.
